Who is responsible for your personal data?

Sarovic Consulting AB operates Dodgeball Analytics and is the data controller for the processing described on this page.

Website analytics

We use Netlify Web Analytics to understand how this website is used and to improve its content, structure, reliability, and operation.

Netlify Web Analytics is based on server logs generated when pages and other website resources are requested. It provides aggregate information such as pageviews, approximate unique visitors, commonly visited pages, referring sources, general visitor locations, and pages or resources that could not be found.

Netlify uses IP addresses to estimate unique visitors. Dodgeball Analytics receives aggregate reports rather than persistent individual visitor profiles.

Netlify Web Analytics does not use client-side analytics code or analytics cookies. We do not use analytics information for advertising, individual profiling, or tracking visitors across other websites.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in understanding use of the website, maintaining it, and improving its content and functionality.

Analytics reports are retained within Netlify according to the service's configured retention period. We do not export or maintain a separate long-term copy of the analytics reports.

Contact form

When you use the Contact page, we process the information you submit, which may include:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your organization, club, or team, if provided;
• the subject of your message; and
• the contents of your message.

We use this information to read, manage, and respond to your inquiry. We do not use contact-form information for advertising or unrelated marketing.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to questions, comments, corrections, and collaboration inquiries. Where your message concerns a possible agreement or service, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

Using the contact form is voluntary. However, we need a valid email address and sufficient information about your inquiry in order to respond.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, including health information, through the contact form.

Contact-form submissions and related correspondence are ordinarily deleted no later than 12 months after the last relevant communication, unless they need to be retained for longer because of an ongoing matter or a legal obligation.

Service providers

We use Netlify, Inc. to host the website, process contact-form submissions, send form notifications, and provide website analytics.

When a contact form is submitted, the information is also delivered to our designated email inbox and is therefore processed by our email service provider.

These providers process information only to the extent needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal data.

International data transfers

Netlify and its service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Where required, Netlify relies on recognized transfer safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and external websites

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

The website contains links to external services, including Buy Me a Coffee. When you follow an external link, the privacy practices of that external service apply.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

• request access to personal data relating to you;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
• receive information you have provided in a portable format, where applicable.

These rights are not absolute and may depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

To exercise a privacy right, submit a request through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), if you believe that your personal data have been processed incorrectly.

Automated decisions

We do not use personal data collected through this website for automated decision-making or profiling.
